As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Redwood Family Care Network, you'll provide direct, hands-on support to individuals in our community. What You'll Do
- Provide individualized support and assistance to clients in their daily living activities
- Help with personal care, hygiene, medication reminders, and health monitoring
- Encourage independence and participation in community activities
- Communicate effectively with the care team and document support provided
- Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
