Internal Sales Executive

REXEL is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join its Lincoln, England team on a full-time basis. In this office-based role, you'll manage customer relationships and sales operations for our business.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll operate at the heart of REXEL's sales function, handling customer communications and driving orders forward. What You'll Do

• Manage customer enquiries received by phone and email, responding professionally and promptly
• Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Develop existing customer relationships to increase account value and retention
• Pursue sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling relevant products
• Document customer interactions and sales activity for reporting and analysis
• Address and resolve customer concerns with a solutions-focused mindset
• Meet agreed sales performance targets as part of the wider team
• Collaborate with colleagues to support efficient operations
