COLSA CORP. is hiring an Intelligence Analyst, Journeyman to support the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, Virginia. This is a full-time position based in Triangle, Prince William County, requiring an active security clearance and serving the intelligence and operational needs of the United States Marine Corps.
About the Role
As an Intelligence Analyst with a focus on Information Operations (IO), you will contribute critical analysis and support to the Marine Corps' operational intelligence mission. Working within a professional team, you will help drive intelligence assessments that inform strategic decision-making and support US Marine Corps Operational Forces in their missions worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Conduct intelligence analysis in support of Information Operations initiatives and strategic communications for USMC leadership
- Analyze operational data, intelligence reports, and open-source information to identify trends and develop actionable assessments
- Prepare briefings, reports, and analytical products for military command and staff
- Collaborate with intelligence professionals and operational staff to refine requirements and deliver timely, relevant analysis
- Support the development of Information Operations strategies, proposals, and documentation
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with security protocols and classification guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Active U.S. security clearance (required)
- Journeyman-level experience in intelligence analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with intelligence analysis methodologies and tools
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in time-sensitive environments
