As a full-time Senior Associate Attorney, you'll represent insureds and carriers in complex, high-stakes insurance defense matters, bringing 5–12 years of legal experience to a sophisticated and dynamic caseload.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced insurance defense litigator seeking to advance your career with a respected firm. You'll manage a substantial book of business across multiple practice areas while mentoring junior attorneys. Your work will span from initial case intake through trial and appeal, requiring strong legal analysis, strategic thinking, and client management skills.

What You'll Do

• Defend complex insurance defense cases, including general liability, premises liability, and related commercial litigation matters
• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive memoranda, motions, and pleadings
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Develop case strategy and work with adjusters and clients to resolve matters efficiently
• Mentor associate attorneys and contribute to the professional development of the litigation team

What We're Looking For

• 5–12 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Admitted to practice in Washington State
• Demonstrated trial and settlement experience across general liability, premises liability, or similar practice areas
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities
• Excellent client relations and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and complex discovery
• Strategic thinking and professional judgment
