Independent Contractor – Property Needs Assessor – Milwaukee, WI

Dominion Due Diligence Group is hiring independent contractors for a full-time property needs assessor role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You'll evaluate multifamily residential complexes and senior care facilities, inspect building systems, and prepare comprehensive reports on each property's condition and maintenance requirements.

About the Role

As a Property Needs Assessor with Dominion Due Diligence Group, you will conduct detailed evaluations of apartment buildings and nursing homes across the United States. Working on a project-by-project basis, you'll analyze structural components, mechanical systems, and building infrastructure to determine both current conditions and long-term maintenance priorities. Your findings will inform critical property management decisions and capital planning.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and evaluate multifamily apartment communities and skilled nursing facilities
• Analyze building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components
• Assess the condition of residential units, common areas, and mechanical spaces
• Identify immediate repair needs and long-term capital improvement recommendations
• Document findings through comprehensive written assessments and detailed reports
• Communicate property conditions and recommendations clearly to clients

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience inspecting or assessing residential or commercial properties
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and construction standards
