About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Physician to join our team at CVS Health in Muncie, Indiana. As a part-time physician, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients within their homes, ensuring that every individual receives the best possible health experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients in their home environment.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, ensuring safe and effective use of healthcare services.

What We're Looking For

• A licensed physician with a valid state medical license.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in primary care or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
