You'll work full-time in our modern fabrication facility, building high-quality ducts and components that form the backbone of our HVAC systems. What You'll Do
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to exact specifications using industry-standard equipment
- Fabricate HVAC ductwork and components following technical blueprints and detailed drawings
- Assemble ductwork using welding, riveting, fastening, and sealing methods
- Inspect finished products to verify quality and adherence to specifications
- Partner with installation and service teams to ensure ductwork compatibility and performance
- Maintain equipment and keep the fabrication shop organized and compliant with safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience fabricating sheet metal ducts for HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency operating sheet metal tools including shears, press brakes, and forming machines
- Welding and duct sealing experience
- Physical capability to lift materials, work at heights, and handle repetitive fabrication tasks
- Detail-oriented approach to craftsmanship and quality
- Team-oriented mindset and reliable work habits
