The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource/Recruiting Manager to join our team at ADP Workforce Now Sponsored in Bloomfield, Connecticut. This is a full-time position with no remote work options available.

• Location: Bloomfield, CT
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Compensation: $70,000 - $72,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resource/Recruiting Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions
• Maintaining accurate records of hiring processes and compliance with employment laws
• Collaborating with managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Providing career development guidance and support to employees

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment and staffing
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
