About This Position

Syneos Health is seeking a highly motivated HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Core Duties

• Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions for open positions
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure confidentiality
• Support the management of employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the life sciences industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept at using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
