We are currently seeking an HR Generalist for a contract-to-perm job opportunity located in St. Peters, MO. The Human Resources Generalist will provide professional-level human resources support across multiple functional areas including recruiting, employee relations, training, policy development, compliance, and HR systems.
What You'll Do
- Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions for open positions
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for hire
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Resolve employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Create and maintain employee training programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
