About the Role

As the MHS Resident Services Coordinator, you'll be the friendly, dependable point of contact who helps transform housing into true homes for our residents at JBPHH in Honolulu. This on-site, full-time position blends customer service, administrative coordination, and community-building to keep residents supported and satisfied throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between residents and the Hickam Communities team, responding to questions, concerns, and requests with care and urgency.
• Coordinate resident services and support day-to-day community operations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with the administrative tasks that keep the community running smoothly.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful atmosphere that reflects our commitment to teamwork and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver timely, results-driven solutions in a fast-paced setting.
