As Hotel Restaurant Cook at our Nashville location, you're the kitchen's backbone. You'll prepare every dish to our established standards, ensuring consistency, presentation, and flavor profile in every plate that leaves the kitchen. Working in our hotel restaurant's fast-paced environment, you'll take pride in supporting a seamless guest dining experience from morning through evening service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipe specifications and plating standards
• Pre-prepare food components and ingredients ahead of service periods to optimize workflow efficiency
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and temperature protocols throughout preparation and cooking
• Coordinate timing with other kitchen staff to ensure synchronized plate delivery during service
• Monitor food inventory levels and communicate with kitchen management on supply needs
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to kitchen safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to meet service goals
