Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced GRC Controls Tech professional to join our Bridgewater, Oneida County team as an FS/Principal, advising leading financial-services clients on governance, risk, and compliance technology.
About the Role
As an FS/Principal – GRC Controls Tech with Infosys Consulting in Bridgewater, Oneida County, you will collaborate with a diverse, globally distributed team across a broad portfolio of business consulting engagements. Hiring is open across several levels, spanning Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal grades within our Compliance & Risk practice. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on helping clients modernize how they manage controls, risk, and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advisory engagements centered on Risk and Finance digital transformation initiatives.
- Support clients through regulatory change management programs and evolving compliance requirements.
- Design and strengthen GRC controls and supporting technology to meet governance and risk objectives.
- Partner with cross-cultural, international colleagues to shape and execute consulting solutions.
- Take on a range of project roles across the full engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, risk, or governance consulting appropriate to the Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Principal level.
- Working knowledge of GRC controls technology and risk management practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory change and risk and finance transformation in a financial-services context.
- Strong collaboration skills suited to a global, multicultural team environment.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Bridgewater, Oneida County.
