Reservationist (Full Time)

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage is seeking a full-time Reservationist to deliver excellent guest service and manage hotel reservations. In this position, you'll handle guest communications, process bookings, and support our hospitality team.

What You'll Do

• Answer, screen, and route incoming, outgoing, and interoffice phone calls to appropriate departments and staff members
• Book hotel reservations, record guest information accurately, and manage reservation details
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about services and availability
• Handle time-sensitive guest requests with care and prompt attention
• Complete clerical and office administrative tasks to support hotel operations
• Provide consistent, quality service that enhances the guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in reservations, reception, or guest service roles
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and phone lines effectively
• Strong attention to detail with guest data and reservation accuracy
• Professional presence and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with reservation and office systems (willingness to learn is welcomed)
