As a substitute teacher or paraprofessional (para) placed by Kelly Services at Clearbrook-Gonvick schools, you step in to keep students on track when their regular educator is away. This is a part-time, on-site position working directly with K–12 students in Clearbrook, Clearwater County. Whether you're filling in for a single day or an extended assignment, your presence has a genuine impact on young learners.

What You'll Do

• Lead or support daily classroom instruction following lesson plans left by the classroom teacher
• Maintain a structured, positive learning environment that keeps students focused and engaged
• Assist individual students or small groups with assignments and activities as directed
• Support students with diverse learning needs alongside school staff
• Communicate clearly with building administrators and staff regarding student progress or concerns
• Serve as a dependable role model and mentor who encourages students to grow academically and personally
