Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health & Fitness Manager to join our team at Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs. This role will be based in Barton, South Canberra, and is part-time with no remote working option available.

Core Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the fitness center ensuring a safe and engaging environment for members.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase membership and retention rates.
• Manage staff schedules, providing training and support as needed.
• Evaluate member feedback and make improvements to enhance the overall club experience.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the health and fitness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and members alike.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated success in driving membership growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
