Role Overview

The Head of Contracting at loveholidays is a pivotal role in our Commercial and Support teams, driving the direct contracting strategy to secure the broadest range of inventory at competitive rates. You will lead the Land Supply team's efforts across key assigned destinations, with the potential for expansion into other geographies. This position offers you the opportunity to significantly impact our growth by designing best-in-class sourcing strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead direct contracting activities with hoteliers on behalf of loveholidays.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy for future growth.
• Secure the broadest range of inventory at competitive rates, availability, and customer experience quality.
• Bridge data-driven yield management with long-term relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in direct contracting or a similar role within the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Aptitude for strategic planning and project management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
