About the Role

As an Advisor in Dissolution Science & Biopharmaceutics within Small Molecule Design and Development (SMDD), you will apply specialized expertise to characterize how drug products release and perform, supporting decisions that move candidates through the development pipeline. This is an on-site position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, where your work directly contributes to Lilly's mission of discovering and delivering medicines that improve lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dissolution and biopharmaceutics studies to evaluate the performance of small molecule drug products.
• Develop, optimize, and validate dissolution methods that support formulation and process decisions.
• Interpret analytical data and translate findings into clear, science-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, manufacturing, and quality.
• Contribute technical knowledge to documentation, reports, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in dissolution science, biopharmaceutics, or pharmaceutical analytical sciences.
• Experience working with small molecule drug product development.
• Ability to design and interpret experiments and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced, science-led environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana.
