Role Overview

Core Duties

• Own the overall strategy and roadmap for battery performance analytics workstreams
• Lead, mentor, and prioritise the work of analysts delivering models, diagnostics, and performance summaries
• Define key performance indicators, data quality expectations, and recurring reporting cycles
• Oversee analytical approaches for characterising performance trends, variability, and degradation signals
• Partner with engineering, quality, and operational colleagues to frame questions and apply results
• Validate methodology, document assumptions, and uphold statistical and process rigor
• Present performance insights, risks, and recommended actions clearly to senior stakeholders
• Identify and implement improvements to analytics workflows, tools, and team practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience directing analytics, data science, or performance analysis functions
• Experience working with battery performance datasets or comparable complex technical performance analyses standard for this title
• Strong grounding in statistics, experimental data interpretation, and modern analytics workflows
