As the Sr. Process/MF Engineer - Cathode with Enervenue-inc in Changzhou, China, you will own the technical refinement of manufacturing processes tied to cathode operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and control process parameters for cathode manufacturing steps to improve consistency and efficiency
• Observe production activities, diagnose process variations, and implement rapid containing and corrective actions
• Design and execute process trials, collect production data, and apply statistical methods to strengthen yields and reliability
• Collaborate daily with manufacturing, quality, and engineering colleagues on scale-up, transfer, and continuous improvement projects
• Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and process-control frameworks
• Assist with equipment setup, validation, and troubleshooting linked to cathode process equipment
• Lead structured problem-solving sessions and track effectiveness of process changes on the shop floor

What You Bring

• Educational foundation or equivalent professional experience in process engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, manufacturing engineering, or a closely related technical field
• Demonstrated track record in process or manufacturing engineering roles, preferably involving cathode process technology
• Solid command of process optimization techniques, statistical process control, and manufacturing problem-solving tools
• Proficiency analyzing production data and converting insights into measurable process enhancements
• Hands-on mindset suited to floor-level support combined with clear technical communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across multicultural teams in a manufacturing setting located in Changzhou
• Familiarity with process validation practices and high-volume production environments adds further value
