Core Duties

• Create innovative dishes that reflect the culinary standards of Atlas People.
• Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior staff in cooking techniques and kitchen practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• A proven track record of success as a Chef or similar role.
• Demonstrated creativity in menu planning and dish preparation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
