About the Role

As a Partner Account Manager – International Processors, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with major payment processors, acquirers, and networks across your assigned territory. Your focus will be on identifying expansion opportunities for FICO's analytics and software capabilities within the payment services ecosystem. You will serve as the primary relationship owner, orchestrating cross-functional FICO teams—including sales, technical, and delivery specialists—to ensure partner success and sustainable revenue growth. This is a strategic position that combines deep industry knowledge with consultative selling to unlock new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for assigned partners, aligned with their market objectives and FICO's value proposition
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers at partner organisations to understand their strategic priorities
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-value sales opportunities for FICO's software solutions within partner networks
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity discovery through contract negotiation and closure
  • Coordinate internal FICO teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet partner needs and drive measurable return on investment
  • Design and execute co-marketing and co-sales initiatives to expand adoption of FICO solutions
  • Develop and manage multi-million-pound business cases and proposals tailored to partner requirements
  • Maintain oversight of partner pipelines and ensure alignment with forecasting and business planning cycles
  • Represent FICO at industry conferences, partner events, and trade association meetings
  • Stay current with financial services trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic discussions

What We're Looking For

  • Existing relationships with C-suite executives in the payment services industry—processors, acquirers, and payment networks
  • Proven track record in enterprise consultative selling within financial services or related technology sectors
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS licensing models, including transaction-based and revenue-share arrangements in channel environments
  • Demonstrated success identifying and capturing new business opportunities in both direct and channel-led sales models
  • Experience developing joint business plans and positioning multi-million-pound software solutions to senior executives
  • Strong knowledge of financial services market dynamics and partner operational challenges
  • Ability to manage complex partner pipelines whilst maintaining alignment with internal business cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis to meet and support partners
