Nishna Productions is hiring a Supported Community Living Specialist to join our residential services team in Red Oak, Montgomery County. This part-time, benefits-eligible position offers meaningful work supporting individuals in community-based living environments.
About the Role
As a Supported Community Living Specialist, you'll provide direct care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence and achieve personal goals within a group home setting. You'll work closely with your Team Leader and the Director of Residential Services to ensure quality, person-centered care. This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekday evenings and alternate weekend shifts.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care assistance
- Monitor resident health, safety, and well-being throughout shifts
- Maintain clear communication and documentation with the care team
- Support residents in achieving independence and community integration goals
- Respond to resident needs and maintain a safe, clean living environment
- Follow established protocols and assist with specialized support needs

Schedule
Thursday and Friday, 3pm–11pm, plus every other weekend, 9am–11pm. This part-time position includes benefits eligibility.
