About the Role

As a key member of the fitness team, you will deliver dynamic group exercise experiences that motivate participants of all abilities while upholding the club’s standards for safety, inclusivity, and fun.

What You'll Do

• Lead a variety of class formats such as cardio, strength, HIIT, and movement‑based sessions.
• Design safe, effective workout plans that align with class objectives and member needs.
• Demonstrate proper technique, offer modifications, and provide real‑time feedback.
• Create an encouraging atmosphere that fosters participant engagement and retention.
• Monitor class attendance, maintain equipment, and ensure the studio space is clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures, including CPR/AED readiness when required.
• Stay informed about industry trends and pursue continuing education to enhance instructional skills.

What We're Looking For

• Current certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes to diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating others.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine passion for health and wellness.
• CPR and AED certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not already held.
