About This Position

SavATree is seeking a Groundsperson for our team in Lubbock. This role involves hands-on work in tree care, including pruning and maintaining trees to ensure safety and health.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal of dead or diseased branches.
• Assist with the setup and operation of equipment used in tree care operations.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to expand skills and certifications.

What You Bring

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of tree care and safety practices is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
