About This Position
Coreworks is currently seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of the grounds at Brightwood Club Association located at 100 Brightwood Club Drive, Lutherville Timonium, MD 21093.
What You'll Do
- Maintain landscaping and grounds including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting
- Manage irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed
- Assist in the preparation of flower beds and garden areas
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience required
- Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of groundskeeping tools and equipment
- Aptitude for physical labor with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
