Role Overview

You are the first person many of our guests meet and often the last before they leave. As a Ground Floor Team Member at Premier Inn, you will welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner, and do whatever it takes to ensure their stay goes smoothly. No two shifts are quite the same; one moment you could be helping a family with their luggage, the next assisting a business traveler with last-minute arrangements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them in check-in and check-out processes
• Answer questions and provide information to guests about hotel amenities and services
• Serve breakfast or dinner to guests as needed
• Help with luggage handling, room service requests, and other guest needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment in the public areas of the hotel

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. You should have strong communication abilities, be able to work well under pressure, and possess basic organizational skills.
