What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s qualification in graphic design, fine arts, three-dimensional studies, digital design or equivalent professional background
• Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
• Willingness to contribute creative direction within cross-disciplinary discussions
• Precision-oriented mindset with a consistent pursuit of quality
• Proven ability to advance projects from early concepts to completed assets
• Comfort operating with limited supervision
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Expert capability in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Word and Excel, plus fluency in at least two three-dimensional packages such as Keyshot, Blender, Maya, ZBrush or 3ds Max
• Exposure to generative AI platforms (Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Copilot, Vizcom, Meshy or similar) considered advantageous
• Well-organised approach with capacity to handle concurrent tasks
• Confident presentation style
• Readiness to adapt inside rapidly shifting project environments
• Habit of monitoring emerging design tools, techniques and technologies that improve digital output
