Core Duties

• Develop and produce striking graphics optimised for social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns
• Edit and refine video content, including Reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials for distribution across multiple channels
• Craft tailored visual and video creative assets for performance marketing initiatives serving real estate sector clients
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all output meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Stay current with trends in social media and digital video formats to keep content fresh and competitive

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design tools and video editing software
• Portfolio showcasing social media content, digital advertising creatives, or video production work
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and audience engagement
• Proficiency with short-form video platforms and emerging content formats
• Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining high creative standards
• Knowledge of real estate marketing or related industry experience is valued
