Greenville University is hiring a part-time Graduate Assistant for Residence Life to support our on-campus residential communities in Greenville, Illinois. As a member of our Student Integrated Success Team, you'll develop future leaders while creating welcoming communities where students grow, belong, and thrive.

About the Role

This part-time graduate assistant position offers meaningful involvement in residential education and student development. You'll work alongside professional residence life staff to build supportive communities, enhance the residential experience, and help students feel connected to campus life. This role is ideal for graduate students pursuing careers in student affairs, higher education, or campus leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Support leadership development and community building across assigned residential areas
