Position Summary

We are seeking a Generalist Expert to join Mercor in training and evaluating frontier AI models. This role involves reviewing and assessing a wide range of everyday professional content, including documents, slides, spreadsheets, and other written materials, to ensure quality, accuracy, clarity, and more.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and assess various types of professional content for quality, accuracy, and clarity
• Evaluate frontier AI models based on the reviewed content
• Provide detailed feedback and insights to improve model performance
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and machine learning

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills. You should have experience in content review, data analysis, or related fields. A background in technology, particularly artificial intelligence, is beneficial but not mandatory.
