Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing a fitness, athletic training, or strength and conditioning facility
• Proven leadership ability with success in hiring, mentoring, and retaining coaching or support teams
• Working knowledge of strength training methodologies, periodization concepts, and client progression tracking
• Strong organizational skills covering scheduling, inventory control, and basic financial oversight
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with staff, members, and external partners
• Capacity to make sound decisions under pressure while prioritizing safety and member satisfaction
• Background in exercise science, kinesiology, sports management, or a closely related discipline is advantageous
• Self-motivated approach with reliable availability for full-time onsite responsibilities in College Grove, TN
