Reporting within WRMC, Inc., you will be the primary point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors, ensuring the property runs smoothly and reflects the high standards the company is known for. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 24/7 on-call availability for community needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the midrise HOA community in Uptown Dallas.
- Partner with the homeowners association board to support governance, decisions, and community initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with residents and respond promptly to their questions and concerns.
- Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and on-site staff to uphold quality and timeliness.
- Maintain a welcoming, well-kept environment that reflects WRMC's reputation for premium service.
