Front of House Manager – Book Tower

About the Role

As Front of House Manager at Book Tower, you'll oversee daily front-of-house operations, from guest arrival through departure. You'll lead a team dedicated to creating seamless, memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to service excellence and design-driven hospitality. This is a full-time position where you'll directly impact guest satisfaction and team performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage front desk, concierge, and guest services operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain consistent service standards
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback
• Coordinate with food and beverage, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver integrated guest experiences
• Maintain operational standards, health and safety compliance, and property presentation
• Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and revenue management activities
• Develop schedules and manage staffing to meet operational needs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of front-of-house management experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a service-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff
• Commitment to elevating guest experience and attention to operational detail
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with property management software and reservations platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality systems
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent professional experience
