Core Duties

• Assist customers in the checkout area to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
• Process payments accurately and quickly using various payment methods
• Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions
• Provide friendly and helpful service to create a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Help maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Previous retail experience, particularly in customer service roles, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
