- Identify customer needs and escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams when necessary
- Support customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat platforms
- Contribute to team goals and consistently deliver high-quality customer interactions that build loyalty
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication in both languages
- Proven customer service experience, either in a contact center, retail, hospitality, or related field
- Excellent listening skills and patience when addressing customer concerns
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools while maintaining accuracy under time pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
