Role Overview
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and help us revolutionize data collection for field workers. As an integral part of our client-facing operations, you will work closely with key accounts to implement and tailor our technology solutions. This role requires flexibility and a hands-on approach as you’ll be embedded in clients' environments, driving the rollout of our tools and ensuring seamless integration.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate client needs and develop customized data collection strategies
- Deploy and support our AI-native data collection solutions on-site
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve our tools based on real-world feedback
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product by identifying areas for enhancement
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in software engineering or a related field
- Experience with data collection tools and technologies
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites in the UK and Europe
