Position Summary

Climb is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Strategist to join our team of data and AI consultants. As part of this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to design, build, and operationalize modern data platforms and production AI systems. This position requires a strong background in machine learning, AI deployment, and lakehouse architecture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and implement data platforms and production AI systems
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful deployment of AI models in real-world scenarios
• Provide strategic guidance on the integration of AI technologies within client organizations
• Maintain a focus on operationalizing AI solutions for maximum impact

Qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning and AI deployment
• Experience with lakehouse architecture and Databricks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI strategy and deployment
