About This Position

The role of a Floor Manager (Athlete Services & Training Coach) at the new Nike London flagship store is to support and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service, ensuring the store runs smoothly, and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities

• Support athletes and customers with product information, fitting assistance, and personalized training advice.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all retail processes are followed efficiently.
• Collaborate with other Coach roles to maintain a cohesive team environment that supports customer needs.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve coaching skills and product knowledge.
