Our client, a respected engineering and manufacturing business and part of a global group listed on the London Stock Exchange, is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead their Finance & Administration team in Malaga. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded financial leader who thrives in a hands-on environment where they can drive financial performance and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
- Leading the Finance & Administration team to deliver on objectives and improve overall efficiency
- Analyzing financial data to provide insights that drive business decisions and support growth initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize cost structures and enhance profitability
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial management processes
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- A strong track record of driving financial performance and delivering results through strategic planning and execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of excellence
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
- A relevant professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems
