About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of the F-35 Tools and Processes Team, you will develop and implement standardized financial processes, procedures, and best practices that enhance efficiency across the program. You'll own the complete lifecycle of process improvement—from analysis and documentation through deployment and continuous refinement. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, directly shaping how the finance organization supports Fort Worth operations.

What You'll Do

• Design, document, and implement standardized financial processes, workflows, and procedures aligned with program objectives and corporate standards
• Analyze existing finance workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies; develop and validate scalable solutions with measurable impact
• Lead and prioritize multiple complex finance initiatives; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment
• Create comprehensive process documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to enable consistent execution and knowledge transfer
• Partner with finance leadership on budget analysis, cost management, and financial reporting activities supporting program delivery
• Evaluate and recommend new financial tools, systems, and methodologies that advance team capability and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Current or active Secret level security clearance (or demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain clearance)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, with expertise in process design and optimization
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, data analysis, and spreadsheet modeling; demonstrated strength in translating complex data into actionable insights
• Proven project management capability; experience managing multiple competing priorities and cross-functional teams
• Strong technical and professional communication skills; ability to document complex processes clearly for diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Background in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing industries is valued
