Field Reimbursement Manager, Midwest

Invivyd is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for our Midwest operations, based in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. In this full-time position, you'll manage reimbursement processes and financial operations that support our mission to serve immunocompromised patients across the region.

Role Overview

As Field Reimbursement Manager at Invivyd, you'll oversee the reimbursement operations for our Midwest field team. You'll ensure accurate processing of claims, manage relationships with payers and healthcare providers, and drive efficiency in our financial workflows. This role is central to supporting our clinical teams and patients who depend on timely, seamless reimbursement coordination.

Your Responsibilities

• Process, review, and reconcile reimbursement claims from field operations in the Minneapolis and greater Midwest region
• Coordinate with payers, healthcare facilities, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure claim approval
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all reimbursement transactions and audit compliance
• Monitor reimbursement timelines and identify bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze reimbursement data and provide reporting to leadership on claim status and trends
• Support field staff with reimbursement guidance and troubleshoot patient-facing billing issues

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, billing operations, or related financial functions
• Strong understanding of medical billing codes, insurance processes, and healthcare compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple claims and deadlines
• Proficiency with billing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare administration or finance
• Knowledge of immunology or specialty pharmaceutical reimbursement is a plus
