We're seeking an experienced Field Engineer to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from healthcare facilities and office buildings to data centers and mixed-use developments. What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day field operations and support project managers on commercial construction sites
• Conduct quality inspections, manage documentation, and verify compliance with specifications and building codes
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to solve construction challenges and maintain project momentum
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and material logistics to keep projects on track
• Support safety protocols and maintain detailed records and reports required by project stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Background in civil engineering, construction engineering, or direct field experience in commercial construction
• Hands-on experience with commercial construction projects, ideally including office, institutional, or data center work
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety standards
