About the Role
As Assistant Site Lead, you'll provide leadership and operational oversight at your assigned site within California Teaching Fellows Foundation's expanded learning programs. Working alongside educators and program coordinators, you'll ensure high-quality tutoring and enrichment opportunities for elementary and middle school students across our partner districts.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily site operations and program implementation
- Coordinate tutoring activities and expanded learning curriculum
- Support program staff and maintain program quality standards
- Manage student attendance, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Foster collaboration between school partners, families, and program teams
- Help create a supportive learning environment for TK-12 students

Compensation and Position Details
