Faculty Marketing Manager, Career (Remote)

Cengage Group is hiring a remote Faculty Marketing Manager, Career to help connect educators and learners with course materials that make learning more meaningful. This full-time, fully remote role is based out of Nashville, Tennessee, and reaches students and faculty across the country.

About the Role

As the Faculty Marketing Manager, Career at Cengage Group, you will champion career-focused educational solutions and build the messaging that helps faculty choose the right resources for their classrooms. Working remotely, you will sit at the intersection of marketing strategy and the everyday needs of instructors, translating product value into campaigns that resonate with educators and ultimately benefit students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute faculty-facing marketing initiatives for Cengage's career education portfolio.
• Craft positioning and messaging that communicate the value of learning solutions to instructors and decision-makers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across product, sales, and content to align go-to-market efforts.
• Use insights and feedback from faculty to refine campaigns and improve engagement.
• Support initiatives that expand student choice and access to quality course materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within education, publishing, or a related field.
• Strong skills in building messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy for a professional audience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while working in a remote environment.
• A genuine interest in education and helping learners achieve their goals.
• Comfort using data and audience feedback to guide marketing decisions.
