Cleaning Attendant

Position Summary

We're looking for a dedicated Cleaning Attendant to join our Crunch Fitness facility in Horizon City. In this role, you'll maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our gym, reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager. Your work ensures our members have a safe, hygienic space to pursue their fitness goals. This is a full-time position that offers consistent hours and the opportunity to be part of a fitness community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect fitness equipment, including cardio machines, weight stations, and strength training apparatus
• Sanitize bathrooms, locker rooms, and changing areas according to facility standards
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize workout floors and common areas
• Remove and dispose of trash throughout the facility
• Replenish cleaning supplies, paper products, and amenities as needed
• Report any maintenance concerns or broken equipment to management immediately
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a genuine commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Physical capability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and products is valued
• Friendly demeanor with strong customer service instincts when interacting with members and colleagues
