Position Summary
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Tax Expert - TurboTax Store in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tax preparation and filing questions
- Provide accurate and efficient tax advice based on customer's specific circumstances
- Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to support store operations and achieve sales targets
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
What We're Looking For
- Strong tax preparation skills with knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customer bases
- A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, meeting deadlines and goals
