About the Role
This full-time HVAC installation position with Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning offers hands-on work installing heating and cooling systems throughout the Champaign area. Compensation ranges from $33 to $40 per hour, with additional earnings through bonuses and performance incentives. What You'll Do
- Install HVAC systems—furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment—in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret technical drawings and equipment specifications to ensure correct installation
- Measure, cut, and fit ductwork and refrigerant lines according to code
- Perform connections, pressure tests, and system startup procedures
- Coordinate with crew members and other trades on job sites
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach throughout all installations
