About the Role

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and support with meal preparation and nutrition
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and promote well-being
- Maintain safe, clean living environments and assist with light household tasks
- Document care activities and communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators
- Respond with compassion to individual client needs and preferences
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar hands-on caregiving role
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility across different shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and daily activities
- Genuine compassion for seniors and commitment to person-centered care
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
