Accenture is hiring an Experience Designer | Product & Conversation Design - Sr. Analyst to join Accenture Song in Old Sixth Ward, Houston, crafting human-centered digital experiences that put the customer at the heart of every interaction.

About the Role

As a Sr. Analyst on the Product & Conversation Design team, you will shape the way people engage with products and conversational interfaces, translating user needs into intuitive, meaningful journeys. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Old Sixth Ward, Houston, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design experiences that are useful, usable, and delightful.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product and conversation experiences grounded in user research and behavioral insight.
• Develop conversational flows, dialogue patterns, and interaction models for digital and voice-driven products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that clearly communicate concepts to stakeholders.
• Partner with strategists, engineers, and clients to bring experiences from concept through to launch.
• Champion a customer-first mindset across the design process, ensuring every touchpoint adds genuine value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in experience design, product design, or conversation design.
• Fluency in interaction design principles, usability practices, and design tooling.
• An understanding of conversational and product design patterns across digital channels.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• A portfolio that reflects thoughtful, user-centered design thinking.
